Kari shares the story of her diagnosis at age 21, and her years of advocacy since. Most importantly Kari shares the struggles and triumphs of being a parent, as a person living with HIV. Her daughter has grown up surrounded by the work Kari has dedicated herself to, advocating for persons living with HIV, and combatting stigma amongst her own peers through honest transparent conversations, and education.
